Self-regulating anti-frost heating cable around the door frame and door leaf perimeter.

Standard inside safety release push bar lock or luminous emergency release handwheel.

External Lock
Anti-freezing lock cylinder for external operation.

7. Installation and Packaging
Installation Method
Fixed to cold room panels or structural walls using expansion bolts or mushroom-head screws.

Packaging
Wooden crate or carton packaging with corner protection.
Approx. 1.5–2.2 CBM per set, depending on door size.

Selection Recommendations
If the opening width is over 1.2 m and better load distribution is required, choose a double-leaf door instead of a single-leaf door.
For cold rooms at -18°C or below, choose the freezer type with door frame heating and -40°C-rated sealing strips.
For pharmaceutical, food processing, or cleanroom applications, 304 stainless steel panels and optional rounded-corner design are recommended.
