Note
Low-temperature PVC formulas remain flexible in freezer conditions, while standard PVC may become hard and brittle below -10°C.

3. Opening & Self-Closing System
Opening Type
Double-acting design, allowing the door to swing inward and outward from 90° to 180°.

Return Mechanism
Heavy-duty double-acting spring hinges or a gravity pivot system.

Adjustable Spring Tension
The spring tension can be adjusted according to the door size, typically within a range of 3–8 N·m.

Closing Speed
The door returns smoothly by spring force or gravity, without harsh slamming. A hydraulic damper is available as an option.

4. Sealing & Visibility
Visibility
Fully transparent design with light transmission of over 85%, providing a clear view through the passageway.

Perimeter Sealing
Cold-resistant EPDM or TPE sealing strips are available. Freezer-grade models can be equipped with -40°C-rated seals.

Center Overlap
For double-leaf doors, the center overlap is typically 25–50 mm to help reduce air leakage.

5. Impact Resistance & Safety
Impact Resistance
The flexible PVC panels can withstand light impacts from low-speed trolleys or electric carts, bending without cracking.

Optional Kick Plate
A stainless steel or PVC kick plate can be added at the bottom for extra protection in heavy-traffic areas.

Safety Design
The door uses a purely mechanical structure with no electrical components. Its anti-pinch design follows general safety principles commonly applied in industrial door systems.

6. Installation & Hardware
Installation Method
Fixed to the top lintel or side wall using expansion bolts or a welded backing plate.

Hinge Material
Galvanized steel core with nylon bushings / stainless steel SS304 optional.

Surface Finish
Anodized aluminum alloy / brushed SS304 stainless steel.
