Servo System Control System

Equipped with a dedicated servo system featuring a DSP chip as its core, the system sets the door opening height by receiving incremental encoder signals from the motor tail and combining them with mechanical origin switch signals.

The system has the function of displaying fault codes via LED tubes.

Protection against reverse polarity: When the motor drive wires are connected incorrectly, the controller immediately triggers an error and stops the door operation.

Full closed-loop control of torque loop, position loop, and speed loop;

Energy-saving brake function: The motor can stop precisely at the desired position without using electromagnetic brake pads, ensuring the door halts exactly at the preset limit position with perfect accuracy.

Drive motor

The motor drive system employs a servo motor system: encoder, brake system, gearbox, and emergency manual opening mechanism.

The constant torque output of the servo motor ensures optimal performance of various safety protection devices (such as infrared sensors), enabling rapid rebound.

High overload capacity, capable of operating over a thousand times per day in high-frequency applications.

Dual-track heating unit: standard equipment

Operating speed: Opening: 0.8–1.6 m/s (adjustable), Closing: 0.8–1.2 m/s (adjustable)

Door curtain material: The entire door curtain consists of five layers, with a total thickness of 14 mm. It features thickened insulation on both the inner and outer surfaces, with aluminum foil insulation as the core layer.

Frame material: The track is made of high-strength aluminum alloy / low-temperature-resistant polymer material

Sealing performance: Multi-layer sealing design

Wind resistance: ≥8 Beaufort scale

Safety Features: 1. Infrared safety protection; 2. Bottom airbag protection

Insulation protection: IP54, waterproof and dustproof even under harsh conditions.

Power requirements: 220V/13A single-phase/50Hz/60Hz, IP54 control box, compliant with national electrical safety standards.

Manual function: In the event of a power outage or malfunction, the door can be opened using an ordinary wrench.

Operation method: Standard—remote control and one-button box with emergency stop switch; optional configurations available: infrared, radar, and magnetic sensor.

Reserved ports: Electrical control system ports reserved for infrared switch, magnetic sensor switch, radar, and dual-door interlock.
